FTG just gave a hint of their upcoming event in July: they released a teaser featuring the upcoming DLS World Heroes card, and a new card showing the DLS World Winners. From the looks of it and the name given to these cards, they will be inspired by the World Cup Iconic Moments.
The cards seem to be based on iconic performances from the FIFA World Cup 2012, 2016, 2018 & 2022, which is shown in the teaser video released earlier this week. Similar concepts already exist in other football games, where special cards are released to celebrate iconic performances like Iconic Moments in PES Mobile.
What can we expect?
The World Heroes cards are likely to feature players who delivered unforgettable performances for their national teams during the World Cups. The card design shown in the teaser also looks different from the previous Dream Stars and Team of 2026 cards.
Although the design and the players were already leaked by modders like GIIODROID last month. The similar leaks done in the past came out to be true, whether it’s Team of 2025 or Dynamis Stars.

Although the official names haven’t been confirmed in the teaser yet, as per the internal data extarcted form the APK file, it shows the following players will be joining the event roster:

You can sign these players from the legendary agents. You can sign them by opening legendary agents. The probability of you signing them depends upon how many legendary player already present in your team.
These cards feature special ratings and exclusive card designs. So these are super rare cards which comes once or twice every year. You can collect the legendary agents from :

- Limited-Time Live Scenarios
- Buying from the Play Store/App Store
FTG has followed a similar system with Champions Cards last year, so players should expect a similar method for unlocking these new special cards.

The community’s initial reaction has been largely positive. Many players are excited to see FTG introducing fresh card concepts instead of simply recycling older events. This will also boost the game’s popularity among the players who loved the Iconic Moments Events.
